Welcome to Grub PDX! We’re Shannon and Micaela, two best friends from Gresham, Oregon, who turned our lifelong dream of opening a food cart into reality. Growing up in this community, we always envisioned creating something unique and fun that Gresham didn’t have—a place where families and friends could enjoy high-quality, delicious food at an affordable price.
At Grub PDX, we’re proud to offer a menu filled with exciting options, including multiple sugar-free choices for those looking to indulge in a healthier way. Shannon, the heart behind the food, is a retired certified Pastry Chef with a passion for crafting tasty creations. After years in the food and hospitality industry, she’s thrilled to take this leap and create a welcoming space for her local community.
Our menu is designed with everyone in mind, featuring a fun kids’ menu, healthier alternatives, and all-around good eats. With over 20 years of combined experience in food and hospitality, we’ve poured our hearts into making Grub PDX a place that feels like home.
